Luxurious and stylish place, I greatly enjoyed amicable personnel.

The hotel was nice sized with a particularly good location not far from many restaurants, the tram system and the entertainment area, historical attraction and night entertainment, and shopping district, exciting neighbourhood in the eve. Everything here was EXCELLENT, I would stay here again.

It has to offer an excellent breakfast with fresh pancakes and Japanese cuisine, as for instance.

There were brand-new, spotless rooms with sofa. I was pleased with great service.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location with local convenient stores nearby and easy access to transportation. The Station loop bus stops right at the hotel's door, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, providing great service. the breakfast offered at the hotel is enjoyable and the view from some rooms is breathtaking.

The bathroom phone being off-putting was a minor inconvenience.

For an international hotel I would have thought that one TV station could have had some English news, movies etc

The staff was really nice, the room was really good, great bed, shower. And it's in a really good location within walking distance to the main interesting areas.

When choosing a hotel in this vibrant city, we wanted a central location that was convenient to attractions and entertainment. This hotel definitely fits the bill! We enjoyed the proximity to both the shopping area at Hondori side and the train station for easy travel. Plus, the main attractions were excellent and within easy distance. The room was comfortable, with a great view and nice bath towels. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and daily room cleaning. Breakfast was included and offered a nice selection. On the downside, the air conditioning was not adjustable which was a bit of a let-down.

The room was very modern, clean and well appointed but very small. It would be better suited to a single businessman than to a couple. The hotel provide excellent electric bicycle hire at great price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very close to lots of eating places and entertainment.

The size of the rooms was adequate for a few nights but not longer. The hotel was not close to station but Streetcar not far away and not too costly from station to hotel in taxis

luxury hotel in a nice location with city view. well-equipped a twin room, nice beds. a wide array of supplies in the room: central heating, flat-screen television, and a refrigerator. location right by shopping district and restaurants, and a nice walk down to the hiroshima peace memorial park. also, to access the main sights & station. the venue of choice in hiroshima.

The room I stayed in at Oriental Hotel had the most breathtaking view of the city. I was on the 16th floor and the night skyline was absolutely stunning. Additionally, the room was incredibly spacious for Japanese standards and had two comfortable double beds. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities including complimentary water, pajamas, and quality shampoo and shower gel. The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Museum and park, and the loop bus stop was conveniently close. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful view, spacious room, and great location.

very nice hotel and great price for japan. rooms are small but standard for japan. it is located about 7 min walk from the tram line. pretty close to everything.

This hotel was a gem! Everything was well taken care of from the cleanliness of the room to the amazing breakfast spread. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the main tourist spots. Additionally, there were a lot of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so I never had to venture too far for good food.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
